Our Team
William Schaepe
Bill has over 25 years of experience in technology companies and five years experience in nonprofit organizations.
He worked for nonprofits organizations in New York City for five years before turning full-time to web design and development. Two of the nonprofits were The Doe Fund and CAMBA. Before that he worked for two start-up high tech companies, one in network security and the other an ASP in contingent workforce management. Previous to that, he worked for a consumer electronics company. He spent 14 years at Digital Equipment Corporation and a number of years at Raytheon Company. He has held a number of senior management positions in marketing and product management.
He developed his first website in 1995 for a nonprofit organization in the Metro Boston area. He decided to focus his energies full time on web design/development in 2005.
Bill holds a BS degree in Mathematics and an MBA degree, both from Boston University.

Rose Castelli
Rose has over 20 years of experience in publishing, sales, the conference industry and in nonprofit organizations.
Before joining Lenox web, she was Executive Director of a nonprofit organization in New York City for five years. Before that, she held senior level positions in the business conference industry. She held senior direct marketing positions at the World Trade Center in Boston. She helped to start a magazine publishing house and was their VP and General Manager for a number of years until the business was sold. Rose is an expert in marketing and sales.
She holds a BA degree in Marketing from Pace University.

Jeffrey Hopkins
Jeff worked for 13 years as a system engineer with General Electric and 10 years as a senior engineer with Motorola. For the past 17 years Jeff has been running his own business, HPOSOFT. Within this business he has developed custom databases and other software programs. He has 17 years experience with FileMaker Pro and over 20 years of experience with C/C++ programming. Developed database programs have ranged from simple small business to complex payroll and POS databases. Complex scientific databases have also been developed for genetics and astronomical fields.
Jeff holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Syracuse University with graduate work at the University of Wyoming.
